The Lifestyle Matters materials and programs are designed to help you improve physical health, optimize mental function, overcome addictions, and discover the keys to wholeness of body, mind, and spirit.
Most of the diseases we suffer from are diet related. By changing our diet and lifestyle, most disease can be reversed. We are dedicated to teaching others how to eat and live without diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity and the many other illnesses that we suffer from today.
CHIP (Coronary Health Improvement Project) is a lifestyle change that can prevent, arrest, and reverse many of our largely lifestyle-related diseases with fork and knife. Check out our blog at:
